About the Event
The Network of Expertise invites you to an interactive workshop focused on social skills for students. The day will incorporate social skill strategies, theory to practice and resources to support students to:
Behaviour and self - regulation: reaction to peers, remaining focused on the task, managing emotions
Visual Schedules School routines: curriculum, breaks, change, responsibility to return from breaks
Specific implications for practice
Friendships and relationships
Self-management: how to develop checking own skills/performance, maintaining concentration
